Hard long poop and pee sitting on the toilet

I had a very hard long poop this morning. I push it out slowly and it feels so good. I also take a pee before wiping my ass and flush the toilet.

I am at an old friend. I didn't go to the bathroom for 2 days now. I go and sit on the toilet pee first and then push hard. A hard log is coming out slowly and my ass is not used to this since my loads are very soft usually.
